1. Monthly plans
Solo and Teams subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. The price of a customer's selected plan will remain locked while that subscription stays continuously active and unchanged. A later plan change, cancellation followed by resubscription, or materially different service may use the price disclosed at that time. Accordelle does not charge per-home or per-property fees under its current plans. Customers may cancel through billing management at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid billing period unless the account is terminated for breach.
2. Fourteen-day first-purchase guarantee
A customer may request a refund of its first monthly charge or first lifetime-plan purchase within 14 calendar days after purchase. The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer or affiliated organization and may be denied for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or material violation of the Terms. Nothing limits nonwaivable statutory rights.
3. Renewals and partial periods
Renewal charges and unused portions of a billing period are generally nonrefundable unless required by law or caused by a verified Accordelle billing error. Cancelling before renewal is the customer’s responsibility.
4. Lifetime plans
Lifetime access means access for the commercial life of the purchased Accordelle plan, not the purchaser’s lifetime, and remains subject to the Terms, plan limits, and service availability. Approved 14-day refunds terminate the license immediately.
5. Failed payments
Accordelle or Stripe may retry a failed payment and notify the account owner. Access may be restricted after a reasonable cure period. No late fee will be charged unless disclosed and lawful.
6. How to request a refund
Send the account email, organization name, charge date, plan, and reason to AccordelleSupport@gmail.com. Do not email card numbers or passwords. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
7. Chargebacks and legal rights
Customers should contact support first so billing errors can be investigated. This Policy does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
