1. Decision support only
Accordelle’s automated tools assist with administrative review. They do not make HOA decisions and must not be configured or treated as automatic approval, denial, legal advice, or a substitute for authorized human judgment.
2. Possible errors
Document extraction and generated findings can omit details, misread scans, misunderstand tables, use the wrong version, infer incorrect facts, or produce an inaccurate citation, summary, completeness score, conflict flag, or recommendation. Confidence indicators are not guarantees.
3. Required verification
Before relying on an output, an authorized reviewer must compare it with the original application, attachments, complete governing documents, amendments, effective dates, applicable law, prior approvals, and relevant professional advice. The reviewer must record the actual rationale for the decision.
4. No legal or fair-housing determination
Accordelle does not determine enforceability of restrictions, statutory deadlines, disability accommodations, protected-class issues, selective enforcement, fiduciary duties, conflicts, or legal remedies. Escalate these matters to qualified counsel and the association’s authorized process.
5. Customer configuration
Results depend on the documents, requirement lists, versions, metadata, and permissions supplied by the customer. Missing or outdated sources can make results unreliable. Customers must maintain verified rule libraries and remove superseded documents from active use.
6. Sensitive information
Do not upload medical records, government identifiers, payment-card data, passwords, or other highly sensitive information unless a documented, lawful workflow expressly requires it and suitable protections are configured.
7. Feedback and incidents
Report suspected inaccurate outputs, incorrect citations, security concerns, and harmful or discriminatory results to AccordelleSupport@gmail.com and pause reliance on the affected output until human review is complete.
